Davis runs a full-service agency that is focused on creating exceptional customer experiences. We plan and execute virtual and face-to-face meetings and events that solve business problems, accelerate growth, and empower human connections.

In addition to planning virtual meetings and events for clients, Davis is also the founder of the Virtual Meeting Think Tank, a support group for senior meeting planners planning virtual and hybrid events, and OMG, a support group for virtual meeting moderators. She has been on leadership with two associations aimed at honing the skills of industry professionals: Senior Planner Industry Networking and Meeting Professionals International San Diego chapters.

Davis is frequently asked to speak on meeting & event planning skills and challenges locally and internationally. She enjoys supporting local and international charities coordinating their event volunteers and has been involved in the America’s Cup, festivals, as well as golf tournaments that support veteran and women’s concerns.

Davis started out producing press conferences and producing local festivals for a public relations firm, then moved on to Fortune 500 corporate and association destination programs in San Diego before opening Strategic Meeting Partners that specializes in virtual and face-to-face meetings & events.
