Carolyn Davis – Bio
Carolyn Davis, CMP is a 25+ year veteran of the meeting industry and has been designated CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) since 2002, which places her among the top professionals in the world. Carolyn is the owner of Strategic Meeting Partners, a full service company providing destination management services for San Diego, and meeting planning and travel director services globally.
Prior to starting Strategic Meeting Partners, she was a senior manager for over 17 years with one of the top destination management companies in San Diego. Her experience also includes several years with a San Diego attraction providing a unique and private venue space for meetings & events. Carolyn has been on the production team for some of San Diego’s more unique special events, including:
The America’s Cup, Street Scenes and Super Bowl. She is currently on the executive board of the San Diego Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, an organization that has honored as a past Supplier of the Year, Star of the Month and Committee of the Year. MPI chapters in New York, Mexico and Italy have welcomed her to participate and speak at their meetings
